What was the inspiration behind your artwork?
To represent the element that I study for my thesis: Silicon, and to artistically represent the internal shell structure of protons and neutrons within the nucleus.
What do you see as the similarity between science and art? Why is science-art important in today’s society?
Both science and art are interconnected, they are similar because they both start off as abstract ideas and then become something that can be understood by the general public. It is important in today's society because you can explain science through art such as a scientific phenomenon.
